RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at:
https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/general/
(the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Crisp ‘n Dry 2019 radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 18/11/2019 to 08/12/2019 on Smooth Radio Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.smoothradio.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on 18/11/2019 and close at 23:59 08/12/2019 on each day of the Competition.
4.    The website will ask website visitors a multiple-choice question. An eligible winner will submit their answer alongside personal credentials. Three shortlisted winners will be chosen at random during the following dates and times;

Winner 1 - 25/11/2019
Winner 2 - 02/12/2019
Winner 3 - 09/12/2019

5.    Each shortlisted winner will be contacted over the phone by a Global representative. Should the chosen winner be unable to answer their phone, a voicemail will be left for their perusal and email.
6.    On the occasion where a shortlisted winner fails to respond to contact within 28 working days, their shortlisted win will be void and another alternative shortlisted winner from the pool will be generated and contacted in a similar manner.

Eligibility:
7.     All entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry. Failure to provide their DOB when requested may result in their entry being void.
8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
9.    Entry is restricted to UK entrants only.

Prize:
10.    Prize is £1,000 made out in the format of a cheque.
11.    Winners will receive their cheque in the post via. Recorded delivery within 28 working days of being notified of their win.
12.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
