RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Gold – My Favourite Sketch radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 08/10/18 to 12/10/18 on Smooth (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Smoothradio.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00.01 on 08/10/18 and closes 16.00 12/10/18. They will need to take part and complete the quiz to be in with the chance of winning.
4.    Each day, between 08/10/18 and 10/10/18, the Smooth production team will pick a winner at random and will announce them on air.
5.    The winner will be contacted separately to get full details of their prize.
6.    Smooth’s decision is final.
7.    We have x5 prizes to give away, one of the five prizes each day the competition is live on-air during the contesting week, 8th – 12th October. 

Eligibility:
8.    The entrant must be 18 years of age or older.
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
10.    There are x5 prizes in total to be won.  
11.    One winner will be selected each day, 8th – 12th October and will win the following:

12.    Monday 8th – Thursday 11th October, x1 winner will win the following prize each day:  
•    Tickets for two people to see a comedy gig of the winner’s choice at their chosen venue.
•    Dinner for two people at a restaurant of the winner’s choice on the evening of their chosen comedy gig.
•    Samsung 49 Inch Smart 4K UHD Curved TV with HDR
•    Samsung 3Ch Curved All in One Sound Bar

Prize terms and conditions:
•    Comedy gig tickets of the winner’s choice are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events and comedy festivals.
•    Dinner is based on two adults enjoying a 3-course meal from the a la carte menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee. Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes Michelin starred restaurants.
•    For the avoidance of doubt, travel to and from the comedy gig and/or restaurant are not included.
•    Comedy gig and meal must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
•    Should the Samsung TV and soundbar be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
•    TV and soundbar will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.

13.    Friday 12th October, x1 winner will win the following prize:
•    Return flights for two people from London Heathrow to Prague on Saturday 25th – Tuesday 28th May 2019
•    Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel.
•    3 Nights’ accommodation at the 5-star President Hotel on Saturday 25th – Tuesday 28th May 2019.
•    Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning.
•    Three course meal in the winner’s choice of restaurant on one evening of their stay.
•    Tickets for two people to the winner’s choice of 3 shows at Prague Fringe festival
•    £100 spending money
•    Travel insurance

Prize terms and conditions:
•    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and will be on Saturday 25th – Tuesday 28th May 2019. Winner and guest must be available to travel at this time.
Departure airport used will be London Heathrow. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges.
•    For the avoidance of doubt, travel to and from London Heathrow is not included.
•    Transfers in Prague will be private and not shared with other passengers.
•    Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two people sharing a double room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
•    Dinner is based on two adults enjoying a 3-course meal from the a la carte menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee. Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes Michelin starred restaurants.
•    Tickets are based on general admission only to three shows of the winner’s choice. Winner will be required to provide NDL with the selected dates and times of their chosen three shows. NDL will purchase the tickets in advance upon the ticket release date. All tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking. Event programme and ticket release date are TBC. In the unlikely event that tickets cannot be purchased in advance for the winner’s selected shows, the winner will be provided with cash to purchase tickets on the door, subject to availability.
•    Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
•    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
