RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Sony Music Last Christmas’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 22/11/19 to 28/11/19 on Smooth Radio (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.smoothradio.com/ answer a multiple choice question and register their details.
• Online entry will open at 00:01 on 22/11/19 and close at 23:59 on 28/11/19.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 28 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
One winner will receive the following:
• Return train travel for two people to London
• Return transfers from the station to the hotel
• Overnight accommodation at a centrally located 4 star hotel
• Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant
• Ice skating for two people at Somerset House
• George Michael & Wham! Last Christmas: The Soundtrack CD
• After skating treat for two people at The Fortnum Lodge. Choose from:
Apple and Cinnamon Lattice with Black Cherry Bellinis, Chocolate Fondue & Champagne, Mushroom Cheese Fondue & Wine or Baked Camembert & Red Wine
Prize Conditions
1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter.
2. Your prize includes off peak train travel that will need to be booked with us at least 2 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600-1900.
3. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
4. You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
5. Ice Skating at Somerset House is for two people and includes a treat of the winner’s choice after skating in the Fortnum Lodge. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. Ice Skating is available between 13 Nov 2019 – 12 Jan 2020. Should the winner be unable to travel during this time, they may take their prize in the festive skating season in late 2020.
6. Travel experience must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
7. Should the movie soundtrack CD be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change. CD will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
• Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
