RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Truly.co.uk competition’ [radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 10th December 2018 to Thursday 20th December 2018 on Smooth FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com, answer a multiple- choice question and register their details.
4. Online entry will open at 09:30 on 10.12.18 and close at 23:59 on 20.12.18
5. 1x winner will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entries at 5PM on the following days: Monday 10th December, Tuesday 11th December, Wednesday 12th December, Thursday 13th December, Friday 14th December, Monday 17th December, Tuesday 18th December, Wednesday 19th December, Thursday 20th December, Friday 21st December.
6. Winners will be notified via telephone by a member of the Global team within 7 days of being selected.
7. There will be ten winners selected in total across the competition period.
8. Winners may be name-checked on air.

9. Entrants must be aged 18 or over
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
11. Entrants can only win once throughout the competition,

Prize T&Cs:
15. The winner’s email address will be provided to Truly.co.uk to fulfill the prize
16. You will be sent your truly E-Gift card to your registered email address within 48 hours of winning the competition
17. A Truly E-Gift card can’t be cancelled, exchanged for cash or sold to someone else, and will expire two years (24 months) from the date of issue.
18. Truly Vouchers remain the property of Truly Group Limited.
19. Risk in a Truly E-Gift card shall pass to you upon our electronic transmission to you; in the event of misuse or fraud Truly reserves the right to cancel a Truly E-Gift card.
20. If you lose or someone steals your Truly E-Gift card electronically, unfortunately Truly cannot replace it.
21. You agree that Truly will not be held responsible for any lost balance as a result of electronic theft or fraud, unless this is caused by Truly.
22. Truly E-Gift cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling.

24. The £500 cash will be sent to the winner via a bank transfer within 28 days of winning the prize
25. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
