TV Channel Drama – EastEnders on Smooth Network, August 2018
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Drama’s EastEnders’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 06.08.18 to 12.08.18 on Smooth (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.smoothradio.com,
register their details and answer a multiple-choice question.
4. Entry will open at 00.01 on Monday 6th August and close at 23.59 on Sunday 12th August.
5. After the competition closes, one winner will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entries and contacted by telephone or email within 7 days.

6. Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over and must be a UK resident.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

8. One winner will win a tech package. The prize includes:

• Samsung Tab S2 8 Inch 32GB Tablet
• 10 months Now TV Entertainment pass
9. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
10. Now TV Entertainment pass is for 10 months only. Pass will be provided in 2 x 5 months vouchers. Each pass will be for 5 consecutive months. Both vouchers must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase otherwise they will become invalid. Winners without an existing Now TV account will be required to set one up. Winner must be 18 years or older to hold a Now TV account. Available in the UK only. Should the winner wish to continue using Now TV after once the 10-month pass has ended can do so at their own cost. Should the winner wish to cancel the subscription after the 10 month period they must cancel the pass before the last month of the existing pass.
11. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
12. The winner will be notified of their prize week commencing 13th August within 7 days.
13. The prize will be non-negotiable and non-transferable. No alternatives will be offered.
14. UKTV is not responsible for the administration of this Promotion or fulfilment of the Prize.
