RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-condition/competition / http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition / http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘[Best Of Birmingham]’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 19th July 2019 to Friday 26th July 2019 on SMOOTH WEST MIDLANDS, CAPITAL BIRMINGHAM & HEART WEST MIDLANDS (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.smoothradio.com/www.capitalfm.com/www.heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on Friday 19th July 2019 and close at 23:59 on Friday 26th July 2019.

4.    Entrants must go online, register their details and correctly answer the question for the chance to win.

5.    One winner will be randomly selected from all correct eligible entries from Smooth, Capital & Heart and will be contacted by telephone. 

6.    Entrants must leave a valid telephone number.  Global will attempt to contact the winner at least 3 times.  If we are unable to make contact with the selected winner after 3 attempts, then Global reserves the right to randomly select the next eligible entrant.

Eligibility:

7.    All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    ONE winner will receive the 'Best Of Birmingham' package which includes Theatre tickets in the form of £100 VOUCHER to be spent at Birmingham Hipodrome, a meal in the form of £150 voucher to spend at Marco Pierre White's and a shopping trip in the form of a £250 gift card for the Bullring & Grand Central, Birmingham.

• Theatre Tickets – A £100 voucher to be spent at Birmingham Hippodrome

2. Birmingham Hippodrome gift vouchers can be used as full or part-payment towards tickets and packages in the Qdos Lounge and/or purchases in the Circle Restaurant at Birmingham Hippodrome.

3. Where applicable, a 6% transaction charge may apply when booking tickets with your voucher.

4. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the purchase (including any transaction charge), change will be given as vouchers, except when change is less than £1 when it will be given in cash.

5. The Circle Restaurant is unable to issue change when gift vouchers are used towards payment.

6.  If the value of your purchase (including any transaction charges or fees) exceeds the value of your gift vouchers, the customer must pay the difference.

7. Vouchers expire after two years from the date of purchase.

8. Vouchers may not be exchanged for tickets, goods or services already supplied or exchanged for cash.

9. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or damaged.

10. All purchases are subject to availability and standard Conditions of Sale.

11. Under most circumstances, and where time allows, tickets may be reserved for a limited period to allow for purchase by post or in person.

12. Please be aware that Birmingham Hippodrome do not accept SOLT Theatre Tokens.

• A Meal –  A £150 voucher to be spent at Marco Pierre White’s

2. Valid 12 months from date of purchase.

3. The voucher is only valid for the amount or a meal as described.

4. Once redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be carried over to a future visit.

5. Credit card details may be required when making the reservation.

6. Booking is essential.

7. Please state your voucher code at the time of the booking and present it on arrival.

8. Gift vouchers are only valid until (and including) the expiry date displayed on the front of the voucher.

9. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change cannot be given.

10. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash and are non-refundable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for alternative or different experience. They cannot be replaced if lost, misplaced or stolen.

11. Gift vouchers which are altered, defaced or cancelled will not be accepted in any of Marco Pierre White restaurants.

12. Please note that all vouchers will be checked by the member of staff at the time of the booking or prior your experience.

• Shopping - A £250 voucher to be spent in the Bullring & Grand Central, Birmingham

2. The voucher can be used at Bullring and Grand Central – some exclusions apply, a list of all stores which accept the voucher is available at the Bullring customer services.

3. Valid 12 months from date of purchase.

11.  Vouchers will be posted out 28 days after the winner has been notified. 

12.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
