WEST MIDLANDS RAIL ON SMOOTH WEST MIDLANDS 9^TH – 13^TH SEPTEMBER 2019

RULES:

• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/competition/  (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Drive Show  radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 9^th September to Friday 13^th September 2019 on Smooth West Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION:

• To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the number given out on air along with their answer.  The opening and closing times of the text-in line will be given out on air
• Listeners will be asked to test their knowledge on ‘Groups.’ The presenter will play audio of a group montage and the listener must submit their answer via text.
• The winner will be randomly selected from the correct answers and notified on air by the presenter.
• A contact from Global Media will be in touch with the winner within 28 days of on-air entry to fufil the prize and may ask for further credentials.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Winners must be 18+
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
• By entering the competition, the selected winner gives permission for on air audio to be used by West Midlands Rail for marketing should they deem fit for purpose.

PRIZE:

TRAVEL VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Tickets issued are subject to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage.
• Tickets allow unlimited travel on West Midlands Railway and London Northwestern Railway trains on the date specified.
• Upon reciveing your travel voucher, you must print your name in the box visible on the voucher.
• Travel Vouchers are not transferable and carry no monetary value. Any attempt to the sell the travel voucher may lead to prosecution.
• To validate the ticket, the owner must scratch the foil on the ticket to reveal the day, month and year of travel.
• Please note, If more than one date has been scratched off, the ticket is no longer valid.
• The travel voucher must be presented on demand to any train company official when requested.
• Travel Voucher validity dates can be selected following initial point of contact from NDL up until 31^st December 2019.

MONDAY – SPA DAY

▪ Spa day at Santai Spa, within Genting Hotel, for 4 people.

▪  Choice of 55-minute massage, body wrap, optimal skin pro-facial, intense regeneration facial, inner beauty facial or a luxury manicure or pedicure 

▪  Prosecco in the hotel bar Tea and coffee

▪  3 hours access to spa facilities

• Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.

THURSDAY – Group Tapas and Tasting
