RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found) at [https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/general/] (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Smooth Singles Bestie Bunch Give Away’ from 00:01am Friday 14th February to 23.59pm 15thth February 2020 on Smooth online.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com, answer the question and register their details.
4. Online entry will open from 00:01am Friday 14th February and close at 23.59pm on Friday 15th February 2020.
5. Entrants will need to answer a multiple-choice question and submit their answer together with their details.
6. One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the competition closing. If we do not receive a response from the winner within 48 hours of contact, a new winner will be drawn at random.
Eligibility:
7. Winner must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over at the time the competition ends.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
9. Zing Flowers deliver throughout mainland UK. Please see our flower delivery information for further details.
10. Entrant must be able to provide a name, address and contact number to arrange delivery of the bouquet.
11. Delivery of the flowers will be arranged with the winner and the prizes will be delivered by Yodel couriers.
12. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. Unless you have expressly consented that your data is passed onto the third party for future marketing.
Prize:
13. The winner will receive a “Bestie Bunch” bouquet from Zing Flowers delivered to them.
14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.
