UKTV – Drama’s Summer Festival TV Stunt on Smooth Network, August 2018

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘UKTV – Drama’s Summer Festival Stunt’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 01.08.18 to 27.08.18 on Smooth (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.Smoothradio.com find the competition page and submit their answer and register their details. Online entry will open at  00.01 on Tuesday 31^st August and close at 23.59 on Monday 27^th August 2018.  
2. Smooth radio’s representatives will select one winning entry at random from all the correct entries.. Smooth’s decision is final.
3. The winner will be selected from all entries at a time and date determined by Smooth between 28^th – 31^st August.
4. Global reserve the right to reject any entry if they deem it inappropriate for the Smooth audience.
5. The winner will be contacted by a Global Radio representative via the contact details supplied at the point of entry.
6. Entries may be read out on air
7. Entrants must be available to be contacted on the phone and email.
8. All Entrants selected as winners must accept their prize within 28 days of being notified. If the winner doesn’t respond to their email or answer their phone, they will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be selected.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
3. If you are selected as a winner once, you will not be eligible to win again.

Prize:

One winner will be selected at random between 28^th – 31^st August. The winner will win the following:

Perfect summer goodies:

- Strawberries

- Selection of chocolate 

- Summer scented candle 

- Cucumber face mask

- Summer body lotion and hand cream

The prize will be non-negotiable and non-transferable. No alternatives will be offered.
