The Girl from the North Country

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to ‘Girl from the North Country’  ("the Competition") which will run on the 23^rd of December 2023 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth North West.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website. 

Details of the Competition:

On the 23^rd of December to enter the Promotion, you must listen to the question presented by the presenter and text in with the keyword TICKETS and your answer, either A or B to 6 55 88 (the ‘Text Message Line’).
The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion but may still be charged.
We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.
On the closure of the text lines a winner will be selected at random.   

The contestant will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the random entrant does not pick up the phone after two attempts, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.  

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
