Looking for their handcooked crisps and farm-fresh potatoes?
Fairfields Farm Crisps Limited have been farming in East Anglia for three generations. They harvest potatoes, maize and rye on beautiful farmland across the Colne Valley just north of Colchester in Essex.
This is Fairfields Farm, it’s where it all happens, from growing their potatoes to making their handcooked crisps, which they’ve been doing there since 2006. Not many farms can say they have a crisp factory on site!
Growing potatoes is something their families have been perfecting for three generations. They are not afraid to try new things – particularly if by changing their methods they reduce their impact on the environment around us. In fact, they’re setting their sights firmly on being the UK’s first carbon neutral crisp producer.
Unlike many snack and produce companies, they’re not owned by any huge corporation, or beholden to shareholders. The beating heart of their business is the incredible team they’ve built around them, who bring so much care and dedication to what they do. Because
of them, they win awards and pass inspection audits with flying colours. Because of the support of people like you, they grow and thrive.
