RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Simple Life Homes radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 1st April to Sunday 28th April (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com/northwest and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 1st April 2019 and close at 23:59.

Entrants must tell us who they nominate and what they would like as their peace of mind prize. Peace of mind prizes must not exceed £200. If a winner is chosen and their requested prize is over the value of £200, an alternative or similar prize will be provided which is below the £200 limit.

We will choose 2 winners at random from all entrants and contact them via phone call and email to let them know they have won. The winner will have 24 hours to confirm their win with a member of the Smooth Radio team. If the winner’s fail to answer phone or email within the 24 hours their entry will be deemed null and void and a new winner will be contacted and given 24-hour notice period to accept the prize.

A short video of the prize delivery will be created following the competition. By entering the competition each entrant and their nominated person agrees to have the Smooth Radio team deliver the prize to their home or an alternate location and to be filmed by the Smooth Radio team. If an entrant does not want to be involved in filming or be in the campaign video, they cannot win the competition and a new winner will be chosen.

By entering the competition, you agree to be shown on film on Smooth Radio and Simple Life Homes digital channels.

Eligibility:

Entries must be over the age of 18

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

2 x winners will win

• Peace of Mind Prize requested by entrant online (minimum value £0 and maximum value £200)
• 1-night spa break for 2 people at Mottram Hall includes:
• Arrive from 10am | Check in 3pm | Overnight accommodation | Robe hire and flip flops | Breakfast, lunch and dinner | Fitness classes | Full use of spa and relaxation facilities | 50 Minute Elemis Spa Ritual Treatment | Check out 11am | Depart at 4pm
• Spa break is around availability at Mottram Hall and cannot be taken on bank holidays.
• No cash alternative will be given for any aspect of the prize
• Prizes are not transferable
• Once Peace of Mind Prize is delivered to winner, it is their property to do with what they wish, and Heart Yorkshire accepts no responsibility after this point of delivery.
