RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Win a VIP Table At The Hilton’s Star Ball’ (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 27th August to Friday 27th September 2019 online with Smooth North West.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to the Smooth website, answer the question and register their details. Online entry will open on 17:00 Tuesday 27th August and close at 12:00pm on Friday 27th September 2019

Entrants will need to answer a multiple-choice question and submit their answer together with their details. After the closing time, one entrant with the correct answer will be selected at random to be the winner. If we do not receive a response from any of the winners within two days of contact, a new winner(s) will be drawn using the same mechanic.

The winners will be notified by email using the email address they provide at the time of entry. Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winners at a date suitable to them.

Eligibility:

Winners must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over at the time the competition ends.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

The winner must be one of the people who attends the ball. The prize cannot be transferred

Entrants must be able to provide a name, address and contact number to arrange delivery of the prize.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

Prize:

The Prize is A table for 10 people, worth £1000 at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate Star Ball on 4th October - Offer does not include drinks

Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.
