It was one of the most long-awaited moments of the 2019 Oscars, and they didn't disappoint!
Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper performed a stunning live version of their song 'Shallow' from the soundtrack for A Star is Born last night (February 24).
It marked the first time the duo had performed the song live on TV, and it was worth the wait.
Watch the full performance below:
Cooper and Gaga walked hand-in-hand to the stage from their front-row seats in the Dolby Theatre, and looked into each other’s eyes as they began a stripped-down version of the track.
He serenaded her from a stool, before she took to the piano, where they then finished the performance by singing cheek-to-cheek, with plenty more eye-gazing.
The intimate performance has led to many fans debating whether they could in fact be dating in real life, especially after Lady Gaga confirmed that she had recently called off her engagement.
However, Cooper is happily in a relationship with girlfriend Irina Shayk. Sorry, guys!
I wish anyone would look at me the way Bradley does at Gaga. Hot damn. #oscarsfromfiji— Lucy Hale (@lucyhale) February 25, 2019
Talking backstage, Gaga joked: “Did I nail it?” She then told Cooper: “I’m so f*****g proud of you!”
Lady Gaga later won the award for Best Original Song for 'Shallow', alongside songwriters Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando, and Andrew Wyatt.
