RULES
18. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Galbani CBC Smooth July’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 30th July to 5th August 2018 on the Smooth Radio Network and Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
19. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
20. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to http://www.smoothradio.com/win/ and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 30th July 2018 and close at 23:59 on 5th August 2018.
21. The competition will run across the Smooth Radio Network and Classic FM
22. Entrants must correctly answer the question to be included in the draw.
23. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be contacted within 28 days of the competition end date.
Eligibility:
24. Entrants must be 18 years old or above
25. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
26. Prize Package includes:
• Return flights for two people to Milan, Italy
• Fully inclusive car hire for the duration of the winners stay
• 2 Nights accommodation at the Hotel Belvedere, Bellagio
• Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
• Pizza making experience in Como. Incudes:
o Professional pizza baker
o Food tasting with pizza and Italian salad
o Glass of local wine
o Water and coffee
• Travel insurance
27. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser, must be booked at least 3 months in advance and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Italy).
28. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and hand luggage only.
29. Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of between £500- £1,000 (dependant on car hire company) available for security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
30. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double guest room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
31. Pizza making experience is subject to availability at the time of booking and last approximately 2 to 3 hours. Experience takes place in Como, it will be the winners responsibility to make their own way from Bellagio to Como.
32. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
33. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
34. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

o Preparation of 5-6 dishes of Antipasti, a Pasta or Risotto dish, and a Tiramisu for desert
o All ingredients and wines to compliment the dishes
• Dinner for two people at Bocca Di Lupo restaurant
27. Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
28. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
29. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
30. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
31. Full day cooking course is subject to availability at the time of booking. Course takes place at the Enrica Rocca Cookery School and includes 1-hour shopping tour of Portobello market followed by a 4-hour cooking class. Course runs every Friday and Saturday at 10am – 3 pm only, subject to change.
32. Dinner is based on two adults enjoying a two-course meal from the main menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
