COME FROM AWAY RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS – SMOOTH NORTH WEST, JAN 2024

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Come From Away, Liverpool, radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 27^th January 2024. The "Radio Station" is Smooth North West.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must Visit Liverpool ONE on Saturday 27^th January 2024 between 10am and 11am or Church Street, Liverpool between 11am and 11.30am.  Darren Parks will be randomly selecting people to receive prizes in random acts of kindness

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years or over

Entrants will be picked at random. Only one entrant per group and entry cannot be transferred to other people in any group.

Prize:

Randomly selected winners will win one of the following prizes:

A pair of tickets for 'Come From Away' at Liverpool Empire on 12^th March 2024  (15 pairs available)

A box of Timbits (20 boxes available)

Shopping paid for in randomly selected stores (2 available)

   Spot prizes will be awarded in person.

  Ticket winners will need to provide contact info to Smooth Radio North West who will then organise issuing of tickets.

      Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize. 

Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
