MoneySuperMarket Drive Promotion on Smooth Network, January 2020.
RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘MoneySuperMarket Smooth Drive Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday January 27th 2020 – Friday January 31st 2020 on the Smooth Network (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
1. To enter the Competition the Entrant must send a text message with the keyword and their answer to the “Text Message Line”. The keyword and number to text will be given out on air. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the presenter.
2. The presenter will play part of a song that has one of the words missing. To enter the competition, listeners must text in the keyword plus what they believe to be the missing word from the song.
3. An entrant will be randomly selected from all correct entries and brought on air to reveal the answer.
4. The entrant selected to play on air each day will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants to the competition must be aged 18 or over.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
Each winner will receive £1000 in the form a cheque that will be issued from Global to the winner.
The cheque will be sent out within 28 days of the end of the promotion.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
