NCIS: New Orleans Week 3 – Smooth Radio Competition – July 2018

RULES
o    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/  (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions” of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘NCIS: New Orleans’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 27th July to Friday 3rd August 2018 on Smooth Network (the “Radio Station”).
o    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
o    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com to the NCIS: New Orleans competition page and register their details.
o    Entrants must correctly answer the multiple choice question.
o    Online entry will open at 11.01 on Friday 27th July and close at 23.59 on Friday 3rd August.  
o    The winner will be contacted via telephone/contact details given on Monday 6th August after 15.00. If we have not been able to speak to the winner to confirm their prize by 16.00 on Friday 10th August, another entrant who gave the correct answer will be chosen at random.

Eligibility:
o    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
o    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
o    Samsung 55 Inch Curved 4K Ultra HD LED HDR Smart TV
o    Samsung 2.1Ch Sound Bar with Wireless Sub

Specific Prize Terms

o    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
o    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner
o    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
