RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Apple Music’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 26th November 2018 to Friday 30th November 2018 on Smooth (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to the Smooth Network Mid-Morning show from Monday 26th November – Friday 30th November, between 10am-1pm.

4.    Listeners will be invited to text in for their chance to play.  Listeners must send a text message with the keyword specified on air and their answer, to the text message line given out on air (the “Text Message Line”).

5.    Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

6.    Each day we’ll play out a pre recorded audio clip of one of Take That’s songs and we’ll blank out a key word. Listeners must guess the missing word for the chance to win.

7.    Each day from Monday 26th November to Friday 30th November 2018 between 10am and 1pm. One entrant will be chosen at random from all correct, eligible entires and brought to air to confirm their answer and be awarded the prize

8.    The producer’s decision is final in all cases.

9.    Entrants can only win one prize across the competition

10.    All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

11.     Winners will be notified they have won on air in the first instance and then contacted by phone within 7 days of the date the prize was won.

Eligibility:
11.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over
12.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person.

Prize:
13.    Each winner will receive the following prize package:
•    Return travel for two people to London on Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th May 2019
•    Return private transfers from the station to the hotel
•    Two nights’ accommodation at the 5-star Intercontinental London O2 hotel
•    on Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th May 2019
•    Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
•    Tickets for two people to see Take That at the London O2 Arena on Friday 3rd May 2019

14.    Prize Terms & Conditions:

1.    Travel will be on Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th May 2019. Winner and guest must be available to travel at this time.
2.    Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
3.    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
4.    Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
5.    Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable.

15.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
