RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Derby Live, Smooth East Midlands and Motorpoint radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 4th November 2019 to 16th November 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth East Midlands.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Go online to www.smoothradio.com/eastmidlands, and the dedicated Derby Live, Smooth East Midlands and Motorpoint Christmas Lights Switch On WIN Page, answer the competition question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00.00am on 4th November 2019 and close at 23.59pm on 16th November 2019.

4. One winner will be picked at random from all correct entries by a member of the Smooth Radio East Midlands team and notified by email or telephone call.

5. Entrants will have 48 hours to claim their prize once contacted, and after this an alternative prize winner will be chosen at random.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be over 18.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

8. Prize is non-transferable.

One winner will receive:

1 x £500 Love2Shop voucher
