Torvill & Dean never fail to make us feel all emotional.

Longtime ice skating partners Christopher Dean and Jayne Torvill took to the ice last night (March 10), for a special routine during the live Dancing on Ice final.

The pair danced to a new routine, set to the tune of 'Bridge Over Troubled Water'.

The skating legends rose to international fame thanks to their incredible 'Bolero' routine at the Sarajevo Winter Olympics on Valentine's Day in 1984, Chris, 60, recently admitted that they are grateful every time they get to perform together.

He recently said: "Do we feel those 35 years in our bodies? Yes! You reach a certain age and that downward slope. Nowadays every time we perform we feel like we don’t know if that’s our last performance.

"So each time we skate it feels like a little added bonus. It’s quite sentimental. We like performing together, but there is an emotion each time we skate now."

The performance came soon before James Jordan was voted the winner of the 2019 series, ahead of Wes Nelson.
