RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/competition/)(the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘The Country Living Magazine Christmas Fair ’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 15th November 2019 to Thursday 21st November 2019 on Smooth Scotland (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to and register their details at www.smoothradio.com/. Online entry will open from 00:01 on Friday 15th November 2019 and close at 16:00 on Thursday 21st November 2019.

4.     Entrants must answer the question and fill in their details for the chance to win.

5.    1 main winner and 10 runner-up winners will be selected at random from all eligible correct entrants.

6.    The main winner selected will be called up and will be taken to air on Friday 22nd November 2019. This winner will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated, and another Entrant selected at random.

7.    The 10 runner-up winners will be contacted by phone by Heart on Friday 22nd November 2019 to confirm their prize. 

Eligibility:

8.    Entrants must be age 18 or over.

9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10.  One main winner will win a pair of Luxe tickets to The Country Living Magazine Christmas Fair, worth £400. Each Luxe ticket (one for the winner, one for the winner's guest) will include:
•    Country Living gift hamper worth more than £200
•    Reserved seating in the theatre session
•    £10 voucher to spend in the venue restaurants and a glass of mulled wine or festive tipple
•    Up to 4 glasses Prosecco
•    VIP goody bag full of wonderful Country Living Fair treats to take home
•    Access to a private VIP Lounge
•    VIP hosts to look after the winner and guest with free access to the cloakroom
•    Bypass the queues to enter the Fair before everyone else - confirmation of times and entry details for this will be discussed with the winner
•    Free tea and coffee all day long

11.  10 runner-up winners will receive a pair of standard tickets to The Country Living Magazine Christmas Fair.

12.  All winners can take the prize on any day of The Country Living Magazine Christmas Fair. The fair runs until 24th November 2019.

13.  All winners and their guests must be 18 or over to take the prize.

14.  All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in place of the stated prize.

15.  The Christmas Fair reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of similar value.

16.  Prize redemption will be discussed with the winners.

17.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
