Fancy being a part of Take That's upcoming tour? The band are reaching out to fans to take over the stage screen before their live show!

Take That have announced a Greatest Hits Live tour to mark their 30th anniversary in music. The band are set to perform over 30 dates across the UK and Europe, beginning in April - and you could be a part of their show.

The band are asking fans to take part in a 'Fan Film' that will be shown before the show begins on the big on-stage screen.

You and a friend could appear in the pre-show video before Take That come on stage, simply by filling out the form below:

The application form states that you and your guest must be at least 18 years of age to apply. The closing date for entries is at 23.59 on 31 March 2019.
