Craig Phillips looks incredibly chuffed with his newborn baby Nelly with wife Laura.

Craig Phillips, who won the first ever series of Big Brother back in 2000, has become a father for the first time, aged 47.

The former reality TV star announced on Instagram that he is now a dad, uploading a series of adorable photos of his baby daughter Nelly.

First announcing the great news on March 10, he shared a photo of him and wife Laura carrying their baby out of the hospital in a car seat.

He wrote: “Bursting with pride, please welcome Nelly Janice Phillips weighing in at a trim 6lbs 8oz’s/ Both mummy @_mrsdiy and baby Nelly are doing great X”

Craig has kept his fans up to date with his new life as a dad, including a photo of him buying nappies with a confused look on his face. You're not alone there, Craig!

Craig and Laura got married back in February 2018, after he proposed on Harbour Bridge during a romantic trip to Sydney, Australia. Rather than asking for gifts from guests, the couple asked that they donate to hospice charities instead.

The TV personality became the first winner of Big Brother, and later scored a hit single with the Christmas song 'At This Time of Year'.
