RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Manchester Airport Group & Serenity Holidays’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 20th January 2020 to Friday 24th January 2020 on Smooth North West (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword followed by their answer to the “Text Message Line” when prompted by the presenter. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The presenter will ask a question on-air and also give out the opening and closing times of the Text Message Line.
4.    From all correct text entries, one winner will be selected at random on Friday 24th January 2020. during the show.  The winner will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air during the show on Friday 24th January 2020.
5.    If the caller fails to answer a return call from Smooth North West, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.   

ELIGIBILITY:
6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.
7.    This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants must have a valid passport.
8.    No persons (including their immediate families) connected with the administration of this competition are eligible to enter.

PRIZE:
9.    The prize will consist of the following;

-    7-night holiday at the Kombo Beach Hotel in The Gambia.
-    For 2 adults aged 18 or over on date of departure.
-    The prize includes return flights from Manchester Airport to Banjul.
-    Travel to and from destination to be taken between the following dates: 1st January 2020 – 30th April 2020 (excluding 6th April 2020).

SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

10.    The winner will receive a pair of return, direct flight tickets from Manchester airport to Banjul, The Gambia, staying 7 nights at Kombo Beach Hotel.
11.    Prize is valid for travel within the winter season, from 1st January 2020 – 30th April 2020 (excluding 6th April 2020). Flights are subject to availability.
12.    Please see www.gambia.co.uk for details on flight times and timetables.
13.    The winner is responsible for their own passport and the passport of any person who travels with them.
14.    Travel insurance and spending money are not included in the prize.
15.    Both flights which comprise the prize must be taken simultaneously and cannot be used on separate dates.
16.    Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
17.    The winner will be picked at random, but the judge’s decision is final.
18.    The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.

19.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
