Kojo Anim was stunned to see Simon Cowell choose him as his coveted 'Golden Buzzer' for this year's Britain's Got Talent series.
The 42-year-old stand-up comic fell to his knees after Simon selected him, meaning he will go straight through to the live semi-finals.
Originally from Ghana but brought up in London, the comedian revealed he was friends with judge Alesha Dixon before putting on a laugh-out-loud routine about bank cashiers and expensive taxi rides.
Before his set, Kojo told the judges: "I’ve spent most of those 20 years encouraging comedians, opening up for them.
"My new fiancee, we’ve got a little boy called Roman. She said it was about time I started thinking about myself and my son."
Afterwards, Simon told him: "What was quite amazing was that you were nervous, but then I could see the audience reacting to you and you reacting to them.
"I don’t really like comedians, but I love you!," before hitting the special Golden Buzzer.
Kojo joins Flakefleet Primary School, who were chosen as David Walliams' Golden Buzzer last week.
