Gary Barlow has shared his love for a parody video that one fan created to replicate Take That.

While singing his own version of 'Greatest Day' with different lyrics, impressionist Ben Nickless took on Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald.

While celebrities have filled the internet with singalongs over the past few days, Ben showed what it could look like if Take That reformed online.

He tweeted: "So the @takethat boys @GaryBarlow #markowen & @HowardDonald are self isolated but still got together via FaceTime for their fans to sing a slightly different version of one of their hits to sum up the country right now, it’s been a sh*te day!! X #keepsafe #isolation #coronavirus."

Gary saw the tweet and quote retweeted it with the caption: "Love this guys xxx."

The official Twitter account for Take That tweeted: "One of the best covers of Greatest Day that we've seen.

"Even in this awful time, it's important we all keep smiling, so thank you, Ben, for making us smile today @GaryBarlow @OfficialMarkO @HowardDonald."

Take That fans rushed to ask Gary if he could make it happen for real along with Mark and Howard.

One fan tweeted: "@GaryBarlow Now this has made me want to see THE REAL take that now!! MAKE IT HAPPEN (PLEASE)."

"@GaryBarlow You should take a lesson from these guys. We need all 3 of you to virtually come together and sing for us," posted another.

A third said: "@GaryBarlow Come on Gaz get the boys together online @OfficialMarkO & @HowardDonald & make this happen for your #croonersessions Xxx."

Fans may get their wish as Gary has already teamed up with rival boyband singers for daily 'Crooner Sessions' duets online.

Gary's 'Crooner Sessions' series on social media sees the 49-year-old perform live duets over video calls.

Former Take That member Robbie Williams also treated fans to 90-minute karaoke session at home, streamed online.
