Strictly Come Dancing 2019 viewers were left fuming following the end of last night’s episode after Dev Griffin and Dianne Buswell were the first duo to be eliminated.
The pair were not at the bottom of the leaderboard after their Cha Cha to Sam Smith’s ‘Dancing With A Stranger’, but they were the latest to get the boot.
Unfortunately for Dev and Dianne, they failed to secure enough of the public vote to keep themselves in the competition.

Viscountess Emma Weymouth and partner Aljaž Škorjanec were the other pair in the dance-off, performing their Jive to ‘Kids In America’ by Kim Wilde once again.
The judging panel were asked to decide who to save, unanimously opting to keep Emma and Aljaž.
Dev and Dianne had scored straight nines just last week, prompting fans of the pair to furiously take to social media to express their disappointment at their shock exit, even threatening to boycott the show.
One viewer tweeted: “Ridiculous verdict, there are a few other dancers who should've gone before #Strictly.”
“#Strictly was only watching for dev, shouldn't have been in the dance off, outrageous,” posted another.
A third wrote: “Is.... this.... a joke?! I thought Dev and Dianne were clearly the stronger couple there and were SO under marked! #Strictly.”
Following his exit, Dev told host Tess Daly: “I’m not going to lie I am absolutely gutted. But learning how to dance, hanging out with Dianne and the other pros and celebs… I’ve absolutely loved it.”
Dianne, who made last year’s finals with Joe Sugg, said: “Dev has been absolutely amazing. His work ethic is insane. I see him everywhere practising and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner.
“Thank you so much for all your time and your effort. This boy has so much talent, I’m really sad he won’t be able to show you guys any more of it.”
