The Strictly Come Dancing 2018 couples are announced!

Strictly Come Dancing returned for its 16th series tonight (September 8).

After weeks of speculation, the show confirmed the celebrity and professional dancer couples that will compete in this year's series.

The full list of couples are:

Neil Jones and newbies Luba Mushtuk and Johannes Radebe will also be on standby if any of the professionals can't appear, and will also feature in group dances.

And if you're wondering where Brendan Cole is, he was axed from the show after appearing in all previous 15 series.

Strictly Come Dancing will return in a few weeks, when the couples will dance together on screen for the first time.
