Comedian Seann Walsh became a household name thanks to his appearance in Strictly Come Dancing 2018.

   Seann was previously in a relationship with fellow comedian and actress Rebecca Humphries, and they had been together for a few years.

   However, the relationship came to an abrupt end during his Strictly journey, after he was filmed and photographed kissing his dance partner Katya Jones.

   Seann is 32 years old, and was born on December 2, 1985.

   Born in Lewisham and brought up in Brighton, he left school with one GCSE pass in Drama, and enrolled in Jill Edwards comedy classes.

   Seann Walsh performed his first gig in 2006, and by 2009 he had won the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year and Chortle Best Newcomer awards.

   He has also done standup at Reading and Leeds festivals, and completed a number of successful Edinburgh Fringe runs.

   On TV, he has featured in 8 Out of 10 Cats, Mock the Week, Celebrity Juice, QI, Live at the Apollo and even an episode of Family Guy. Seann has also been a team captain on Virtually Famous.

   His first ever TV appearance was as an actor, playing an arsonist in an episode of The Bill in 2007.
